Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Swarna Villa Guest House. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms:

  • Check-in/Check-out: Standard Check-in time is 10:00 AM and Check-out time is 9:00 AM (Please confirm specific timings at the time of booking). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
  • Identification: As per government regulations, all guests (including minors) must present a valid Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) upon arrival. PAN Cards are not accepted as address proof.
  • Payment: Full payment or a stipulated advance is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be cleared upon check-in.
  • Conduct: Guests are expected to respect the property and other guests. Illegal activities, gambling, or possession of prohibited substances are strictly forbidden.
  • Damages: Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged to the guest's account.
  • Right to Admission: The management reserves the right of admission and may refuse service to anyone found violating these terms.

Privacy Policy

At Swarna Villa, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

  • Data Collection: We collect personal information such as Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and ID Proof details solely for the purpose of reservation and compliance with local authorities.
  • Usage of Data: Your data is used to manage your booking, send confirmation details, and contact you regarding your stay. We do not sell or trade your data to third parties.
  • Security: We implement reasonable security practices to protect your information from unauthorized access.
  • Cookies: Our website may use standard cookies to improve user experience.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation 7 days or more before Check-in: 100% refund of the advance amount paid.
  • Cancellation between 3 to 6 days before Check-in: 50% refund of the advance amount paid.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of Check-in: No refund will be provided.
  • No Show: If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled date, the booking will be treated as a "No Show," and no refund will be issued.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original method of payment.

Note: During peak seasons (Ratha Yatra, Durga Puja, New Year), special non-refundable policies may apply. Please verify at the time of booking.
